I was previously staff on the old server and as the server is very new i think i would be able to help the server by upholding the responsibilites and help the the server growth. i had major commitments on the other server, and when i heared this server came up i think that my commitments could be the same towards this server as well[/b]  [b]What separates you from other candidates?[/b] as above i was staff so i was trusted. i can bring major growth and popularity to the server by daily helping out no just admins but both new players and old members of the community. i am very mature and ca take things seriously when it come down to things i am also very experianced and also know the the rules of SWRP [b]What sort of person do you consider yourself? A leader towards other people. and fun and kind person when needed, a serious person if wanted, but a joker in between[/b] [b]In what manner do you handle situations?[/b] as above, very seriously when needed as staff as i will either remove the threat immediatley or attend a member ASAP  [b]On a scale of 1/10 how well known do you believe you are within the community?[/b]  7-9 [b]Scenarios[/b] [b]1) You see a Recruit leaving spawn. tell him to go back and call a trainer of possible or train him myself, if no one has came if i was busy and he keeps leaving when i told hime to stop i would warn him and inforce the rule that he can not leave the spawn as the rank he is[/b] [b]2) A Recruit has not been trained and wondering around because he doesn’t know what to do. He seems like a minge to you and you're not sure if he is really here to play. What do you do?  well i cant assume so i would go upto him sort him out verbaly. if he has no intent i would warn and possibly kick if it had to come to it[/b] [b]3) Someone threatens to backdoor the server using lua scripts.[/b] immediatly verbaly warn him and then ban if he still threatens, removing the threat and informing a superadmin or the owner [b]4) Someone threatens to DDoS or crash the server.[/b]   i would ban him and inform a higher up  [b]5) A group of users have confronted you and explain how another user was breaking some server rules earlier (RDMing and self supplying). The users threaten that they want immediate action otherwise they will leave the server. What do you do? i would say i need either video proof and/or screenshots but i would be talking tio the people that they have named or watching them in noclip to see. if then they would be warned and kicked Kind regards Frosty[/b]

74 hours a week PLUS?? You're saying you can play at LEAST 10 hours, every single day of the week, Monday to Sunday...? So assuming you go to school for 6 hours a day, then playing 10 hours of JUST this server, that means you've got 8 hours left for eating, sleeping, going out, other commitments, please be a bit more.... realistic. anyways, good luck to you.  [color=#f39c12][b][size=200]neutral[/size][/b][/color]
